Acron auto v belt adopts special material, special formula and special manufacturing technics so as to bring the belt many advantages such as low noise, big friction coefficient, little flexibility wear, high transmission efficiency and long working life. All belts meet national criterion of auto-transmission.
Acron auto v belt is mainly raw edge cogged belt, which is composed of three parts:
1)Top fabric
Top appearance consists of more than one layer of fabric, which includes CR so as to have good performance of wear-resistance, heatproof and oil-resistance through special processing.
2)polyester cord
The reinforcement is polyester cord, which is strong during working and enough to resist i***ct, elongation and bending, also has heat-shrinkable capability and wear well.
3)Bottom rubber
Material is CR which is reinforced by heatproof and oil-resistant synthetic fiber.
